Josiah's Dedication

While all the family was still in town, we decided to go ahead and dedicate Josiah at church the Sunday after he was born. So at 6 days old he made his first church appearance and was on his best church behavior! 

As we walked into the service at the appropriate time, everyone was so excited to see Josiah that we were applauded as we walked down the aisle! Then while Pastor Jamie spoke I stared into a sea of goofy smiles and tears. We are blessed with an incredibly loving church family!

We are also incredibly blessed with this family! May the Lord help us to raise this boy so that like King Josiah he will "turn to the Lord... with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength..." (2 Kings 23:25).
