Daniel

This little boy has really come to love his daddy in the past month. He is very happy to see him at the end of the day. He gives him great hugs and even pats him on the back. So adorable.

Apparently ping pong class takes place in the same room where we meet for church.

Daniel has been sick this past week. So sad.

This is Daniel and E, who is 2 days younger.

This is what Daniel likes to do to E. Poor girl.
He probably tackled her 5 times during Bible study on this day.

Daniel has found a fun game.

He is still very content to ride around Mui Wo in his bike seat!

And now for some videos...

Daniel feels quite strongly about the ukelele.
He has similar feelings for Nathan's guitar.

Daniel's two tricks.

This little man loves to play with bikes. Pedals, chains, tires...
we have lots of greasy fingers around here.

Books. Yay books!

Daniel took his first steps right around 10 months, but not until 11 months did he start walking for short distances. However, he is still quite unstable and prefers to crawl. He was generally ahead of Josiah in most gross motor development except walking. Josiah took his first steps at 10 months and then proceeded to keep walking. And walking. And running. (And then I broke my leg.)

Daniel is a good eater and has a very specific face he makes when he does not want to eat anymore. He loves drinking water. He still nurses quite a bit, including 11pm and 3am every night. (I have the rest of my life to sleep, right?) He naps twice a day, but can survive on one if necessary. He loves to be outside and will happily crawl around the playground for hours. Daniel loves to laugh, especially at Josiah.

Daniel has a few of his own toys, but is quite happy to play with Josiah's. Thankfully, Josiah has generally adapted to someone else always touching and taking his things. A few days ago, while watching Daniel play with Josiah's toys when Josiah was at school, Nathan had the realization, "Jeremy played with my stuff when I was at preschool, didn't he?"
