7 Months

I keep trying to upload videos, but it isn't working, so I give up for now.

A few things about Josiah at 7 months...

1. Josiah still isn't crawling, but is getting closer everyday. He is able to creep around and get things out of reach.

2. Josiah still has no teeth and no sign of any coming anytime soon.

3. Josiah will now eat some solids, though still isn't excited about it. On that note, we fed him baby applesauce this morning, but he kept making faces every time it was put in his mouth. Grandpa decided that Josiah just didn't like the baby food version, so he made some homemade applesauce. And later in the day, Josiah ate it without making any faces! Maybe because it wasn't baby food... maybe just because it was warm.

4. Josiah likes to play the piano. He will bang for as long as I let him.

5. Josiah prefers to poop in private. If I leave him playing on his tummy in the morning, without interacting with him, he will poop. If someone is playing with him, no pooping.

6. Josiah is still on California time. Which is why for the past few nights I put him down at 8pm and he thinks it is just a late afternoon nap.

7. Josiah is really good at finding daddy. He will track him from a distance and if daddy walks behind him, he will turn his head in order to continue to follow him around the back.

So hopefully tomorrow I can get blogger to upload videos so you can see proof of these things. Until then, I am going to try to get a very awake baby to go to bed.
