The Happiest Place on Earth

After 5 years of living in Southern California, and then a year away, we finally went to Disneyland! Thanks David and Lauren for making us go... and hooray for free tickets! :)

I'm sure Disneyland without a small child is a different experience. We had the stroller pushing, no nap, limited ride experience. And it was still good. Josiah wasn't so sure about some of the rides. He was pretty scared of Buzz Light Year, but didn't mind the darkness of Pirates of the Caribbean. Here he is on Alice in Wonderland.

Josiah was much happier when he had the freedom to run and crawl around on things.

And here are the people who pushed him in the stroller and carried him lots. Also, Robyn. Who I don't have a picture of, but who came to hang out for a bit and watched the little one while we went on some big kid rides. Thanks Robyn!

When you get into someplace expensive for free, you are then obligated to spend some of that saved money on delicious food. It's just a rule.
