The Guitar

About a year and a half ago, this wonderful girlie came to visit us in Michigan.

And she gave Josiah this guitar.

It plays the songs Love Shack, Crazy Little Game Called Love, Wild Thing and Hey Now You're An Allstar. But Josiah thinks it plays any and everything. Anytime Nathan plays his guitar, Josiah has to get his and play it. This would not be a problem except that Love Shack doesn't compliment many worships songs. Anytime we want Josiah to sing a song with us, he has to get his guitar. Again, Wild Thing sorta ruins the mood of Jesus Loves Me. But we're glad he likes to play it and we're looking forward to him playing a real guitar one of these days!

And in other news, we may not have friends yet... but when we do, they'll love us. Because we make good food. :)

Food photography is clearly not a skill I have, but let me just tell you that I would eat this pulled pork and cole slaw over anything in Shelby, NC, any day. It's just that good.

And I make good banana pudding.

Bizarre fact: You can buy sweetened condensed milk in squeeze bottles in HK. Additional bizarre fact: Josiah hates pudding.
