When you wake up from a nap all cranky,
a bowl of raspberries will make things better.



This was Josiah's tray after dinner recently. He had chicken, black beans, shredded cheese, yogurt, grapes, pretzels, and ice.
And this is how he says pretzel, which he loves plain, yogurt covered, or just dipped in a carton of yogurt.

  1. Chocolate! If I were THAT cranky at the end of a nap I would need chocolate as raspberries would not do any good.
