Papers, Puppies, and Perfection

We had a very comfortable stay at the home of friends in Colorado Springs. The first thing out of Josiah's mouth each morning was "Puppy! Wolf!" Having a dog around seemed to start his mornings off right. Reading the paper with daddy was also a good start to the morning.

Eventually we had to say goodbye to the puppy and Josiah was sad. He really really loves animals.

And I had to say goodbye to the beautiful Colorado sky.

That's Pike's Peak again in the distance.

I would like to continue to only visit Colorado in the summer so as not to ruin my opinion of its perfection.
